Swimming lessons have been booked at the Nerang Swimming Pool from 2:00pm to 3:00pm on the following dates:
- Tuesday 19th October
- Tuesday 26th October
- Tuesday 2nd November
- Tuesday 9th November
- Tuesday 16th November
- Tuesday 23rd November
The students will be given lessons by two qualified swimming instructors, the school will cover the cost of these lessons.
It is parent's responsibility to transport their children to the pool for lessons and home. Please arrange with other parents to carpool if need be. If your child is being transported with another adult, please complete the travel permission forms provided.
The students will come to school in normal school uniform and get changed into their swimwear at school before we leave. Please remember to bring swimwear (no bikinis and preferably no long board shorts), hat, drink bottle, towels, sunscreen, plastic bag for wet clothes and a sun shirt. To adhere to Education Queensland policy all students must wear a sun shirt.
We will be having an early lunch at 12:40pm and depart Numinbah Valley SS at 1:15pm sharp to ensure we all start together.
